Prices change up to the season, are for the whole flat (dep. the number of people), including breakfast, daily cleaning, bedclothes (change after every guest-change or every 7 days) towels (changed every 3 days) and use of the kitchen.
If you stay more than 7 days, please ask for long-stay price.

- DEPOSITS: Guests booking more than 2 nights are asked to send a deposit through a bank transfer.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Please inform us at least one week before the estimated arrival date, if you want to cancel your booking, by phone-call or written by e-mail. Otherwise there is no refund for the deposit.
- CHECK-IN: The Appartment is available from 2 p.m.
- CHECK-OUT: check-out time is 10.30 a.m.
- EARLY DEPARTURES: If you are leaving some days before the end of the period you’ve booked, you have to pay anyway all the period.
- PAYMENT:You will pay the total amount cash. We don’t accept credit cards or cheques.
It’s not allowed to smoke in the apartment. In the unlikely case of contravention we charge 50,00 € extra.
For the loss of the keys you will be charged with 20,00 €. The small pets are allowed by arrangement with the operator.
